ROLE OVERVIEW
The Development Manager will assume responsibility for the development
and delivery of new business development pipeline in line with the
vision and values of Circle, with a primary focus on new business,
functional oversight, operational delivery as well as managing key
relationships and partnerships with external stakeholders. They will
also assume management responsibilities for the employees in their
team. The successful candidate will set objectives for their
department and report on key deliverables to the Director of Property
and Leadership team, in line with the goals of the company.
